A native Mississippian, Sydney is an introverted explorer and dare-devil. A veterinarian by profession, she has embraced and loves the writing life. In fact, she wonders why the heck hadn't she tried this earlier?
Her books have been chosen as Books of the Year by various clubs; she was chosen Author or the Year by other clubs and was voted Mississippi's Best Author in 2006.
In addition to be a prolific writer, Sydney is an avid reader with a good Whodunit? being her favorite genre.
